two sides of the same coin

There is a sense in which Diversified’s services deal with two distinct matters: (1) communications skills development (such as interview skills, media skills, public speaking skills, etc.), and (2) issues management services (such as general issues identification and management, crisis preparedness and crisis management).

But Diversified Communications believes that communications skills development and issues management services are two sides of the same coin, and that true strength in either area requires strength in the other.  Becoming an effective interviewee or public speaker requires attentiveness to one’s general issues and potential problem areas.  And, conversely, being wholly prepared to deal with one’s issues (and avert potential media and communications crises) requires strength in all areas of communications skills development.
