The custom-tailored nature of Diversified’s services means that no two clients are handled precisely the same way. Nevertheless, there are roughly three general modes of service provided by Diversified, for each of the specialized skill trainings mentioned here in the Services section.
For many clients (particularly senior business executives and non-profit officials), the best service option is ongoing one-on-one private coaching. Private coaching allows for complete confidentiality, and assists clients in beginning to deal with sensitive issues in a closed environment.In other cases (for management groups, small teams of individuals, and committees, for example), Diversified prefers to provide interactive group seminar presentations.
When circumstances require that Diversified provides service to a larger number of people (a whole corporate or non-profit organization, or a substantial contingent of some such group, for example), Michael Langlois delivers open speeches and multimedia presentations for large gatherings. Michael is well known for his prowess as a powerful and influential public speaker.
